By decree of the Prefect of Verona dated 17 September 2026, as indicated by the CASMS following a request from the National Observatory on Sporting Events at the Ministry of the Interior, pursuant to Determination No. 33 of 9 September 2026, the sale of tickets to all residents of the provinces of Vicenza and Padua is prohibited.

From 10 AM on Thursday, September 10: General sale of tickets for the Hellas Verona vs Vicenza match will be available through the following sales channels:

• Online: Tickets can be purchased from home via the Ticketone website, with the option to print the ticket directly — valid for entry without the need to collect it at the stadium ticket office. All details about the service are available HERE.

• ‘We Are Hellas’ Membership holders: Members can purchase their tickets directly from HERE, with the same print-at-home option valid for entry, without going through the stadium ticket office. All information regarding the ‘We Are Hellas’ membership program is available HERE. Your personal code and purchase link are available in your membership area once you log in.

• Sales points: Tickets can be purchased at all Ticketone sales outlets located throughout Italy. The full list of authorized points of sale can be found HERE.

It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance to avoid queues and higher prices at the stadium ticket office.

Tickets will be available from Thursday 17 September (at 12 PM) HERE or at Ticketone sales points throughout Italy, which can be found HERE, at a cost of €22 (price not including fees applied by the ticket vendor).

Tickets for the ‘Away Section – Curva Nord’ will be available until 7 PM on Saturday 19 September 2026, in accordance with regulations and subject to availability. Supporters are also advised that this section is not equipped to accommodate people with motor disabilities.

For public order reasons, Hellas Verona recommends that all Vicenza supporters residing outside the provinces of Vicenza and Padua who are eligible to purchase a ticket also purchase tickets in this sector.

Tickets: If necessary, it will be possible to transfer the ticket to a third person by following the specific procedure HERE, by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the top right and then selecting Change User.

Transferable Season Tickets: It is necessary to follow the procedure described HERE by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the top right and then selecting ‘Cambio Supporto’ (Change Holder).

No registration on the website is required to complete the procedure.

The season ticket campaign will continue until Saturday, September 19, season tickets can be purchased both at Ticketone sales points and online, where all relevant information is available.

Ticket Office No. 1 at the stadium will be open to the public on the following dates:

• Friday, September 18, 9.30 AM-2 PM

for the purchase of fidelity cards and season tickets at promotional rates.

On Sunday, September 20, 2026, it will be possible to collect loyalty cards for those who submitted their requests in previous weeks, as well as to submit applications for renewal, replacement, or subscription of the ‘Non vi lasceremo mai’ card at Ticket Office No. 1 from 12 PM to 3 PM.
