Romeo & Juliet Run Half Marathon | Hellas Verona also take to the city streets

Verona – Hellas Verona FC are pleased to announce a partnership with the Romeo & Juliet Run Half Marathon, scheduled to take place in Verona on 15 February 2026.

With around 10,000 total registered participants, the Romeo & Juliet Run Half Marathon is one of the most important running events on the national and international stage, attracting thousands of athletes and enthusiasts every year, including many participants from abroad.

Organized by GAAC 2007 Verona Marathon ASD, the 2026 edition will take place during the Valentine’s Day period, the celebration of lovers, further strengthening the bond between the sporting event and Verona, the world’s symbolic city of love.

It will be a special weekend in which sport, passion and emotion will come together, making the hearts of all participants—and of the entire city—beat even faster.

One of the event’s main settings will be a symbolic place for Hellas Verona: the Bentegodi Stadium. The start is scheduled for Piazzale Olimpia, in front of the stadium that hosts the home matches of the yellow-and-blue first team, while the finish line will be inside the stadium itself.

To seal this partnership, Hellas Verona, in agreement with the Romeo & Juliet Run Half Marathon, has launched a dedicated section called Hellas Verona Championship, which offers all yellow-and-blue supporters discounted entry fees and exclusive benefits to take part in the Half Marathon, the Relay Marathon or the Family Run.

All participants registered for the Hellas Verona Championship will also be supporting a good cause: part of the proceeds from registrations will be donated to the Hellas Verona Foundation.
