2025/26 Cuore Gialloblù | Assist and first stage win for Giovane on his Serie A debut

Verona - Giovane is the winner of the first stage of Cuore Gialloblù, the poll that for nine years has allowed fans to vote, via Verona’s Instagram Stories, for the Hellas player who stood out the most in each league match.

The Brazilian forward immediately climbed to the top step of the podium on his Serie A debut. What convinced the fans was his sparkling second-half performance at the Bluenergy Stadium. First, he hit the crossbar with a solo move and a powerful left-footed strike, then he provided the decisive assist for Serdar’s equalizer. A debut to remember for Giovane, which also earned him the title of MVP of the match.

Second place goes to Suat Serdar, scorer of the equalizing goal and captain of the Gialloblù in Serie A for the very first time. More than just the goal, the German midfielder once again confirmed himself as a key figure for Hellas, also celebrating his 50th official appearance with the Club.

Closing the podium is Fallou Cham: the young right-back impressed on his debut with a solid performance. He played 82 minutes with confidence, completing 15 successful passes and winning three tackles.
