HELLAS VERONA SUPPORTING THE SOCIAL COOPERATIVE ‘IL SAMARITANO’
A SOLIDARITY LUNCH WITH HELLAS VERONA WOMEN AT THE ‘IL SAMARITANO’ SHELTER
On Monday, November 18, sport and solidarity came together at the Casa Accoglienza ‘Il Samaritano’ of the Caritas Diocesana Veronese, where four players from Hellas Verona Women – Sara Corsi, Giulia Mancuso, Alessandra Panarello, and Elisa Casellato – served lunch to the 55 homeless guests hosted by the facility.
The initiative also saw the participation of the Gialloblù’s Sporting Director, Zaccaria Tommasi, the Director of the Caritas Diocesana, don Matteo Malosto, and the Director of the Il Samaritano Cooperative, Marco Zampese.
In addition to this hands-on act of service, Hellas Verona donated sports gear – including shirts, jackets, and scarves – to the people welcomed by the center. The event is part of an ongoing partnership that the Club aims to continue, with the goal of promoting inclusion, solidarity, and social responsibility through football.
