Tra Terra e Cielo Insieme

Tra Terra e Cielo Insieme is an association born from the story of Elisa Amighini and Jacopo Reale, parents of little Mattia, who passed away in 2020 at just two years old due to a rare brain tumor. From their painful experience came the desire to transform suffering into an act of love and solidarity for other parents who, like them, are faced with the grief of losing a child.

The association aims to be both a human and professional point of reference for those going through this experience. It offers in-person listening groups designed to create a safe and welcoming space where parents can share their experiences with others who truly understand what they are going through. For those who prefer a more personal path, individual sessions with psychologists and counselors are also available, both in person and online. This is made possible thanks to a team of professionals – including psychologists, psychotherapists, midwives, and counselors – who collaborate with the association to provide tailored and qualified support.

Tra Terra e Cielo Insieme is also a community that values the sharing of personal stories: on the association’s website, testimonies from other parents who have faced similar losses are collected, helping to build a network of empathy and connection.

To support its activities, the association also offers solidarity products for sale – such as candles, bracelets, and t-shirts – with proceeds going towards funding the support programs.

Based in Verona, the association extends its care and support to anyone, wherever they are, who feels the need not to be alone on such a difficult journey.
